Mission:

The Hoda Center is an institution dedicated to the betterment of Muslims and the society at large. The Hoda Center  draws its strength and guidance from the Holy Qur`an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be bestowed upon him.

Goals:

• To serve the Muslim community and help Muslims strengthen their faith
  and moral conduct.
• To help the Muslim community continue to be an effective contributor to the advancement of the Society.
• To establish strong relations with other faiths based on cooperation, tolerance,
  and mutual understanding in order to serve our respective communities.
• To help all individuals in our community to lead a healthy and productive family life.

Methods:

• Conducting seminars, lectures, religious sermons, social activities, sports, and educational functions based on the divine teachings of Islam.
• Exchanging visits with members of other faiths.
• Sunday School.
• The observance of the five daily prayers.
• Hosting Friday Prayers.
• Celebrating the two Eids and conducting the prayers for the Muslims of North Central Florida.
• Via participating in outreach groups and interfaith coalitions.
• Via providing daily free Iftar, Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers, and I`tikaaf as part of the annual Ramadan program.
• Distributing Zakat Al-Fitr
• Collecting and distributing Zakat and Sadaqa
• Holding a free Medical Clinic
• Helping the needs with a food pantry and organic garden
